From 108th to 154th floors offices are used. The 148th floor is reserved for the public for sightseeing and getting a view of Dubai from this floor and is called the observatory deck. Burj Khalifa stairs are 2909 total in number from the ground floor to the topmost floor. On New Year’s Eve, fireworks and laser show happens on this tall tower.

Buy a Burj Khalifa ticket to get a view of Dubai inside the Burj Khalifa for 370 dirhams from all the three observatory decks. The view is open to the public from the 124th and the 125th floors. It costs to get a view of 525 dirhams if you choose to visit the skyscraper in the evening.
The most ideal time to visit the Burj Khalifa observation deck to see the view is between 17.30 to 19.00 during the dusk.
