1. Dallol, Ethiopia

Dallol is one of the hottest city in the world. This city has acidic hot springs. Not ideal for a summer vacation as the temperature soars up to 41 degrees Celsius. It is not even possible to survive a single day in this city. This is a gateway to hell as it is the most volcanic region on the planet. The daily temperature records to 46 degrees Celsius. The salt lakes in this city are colorful but this is a wasteland as no human or wildlife can survive in this city.

2. Jazan, Saudi Arabia

The Jazan city in Saudi Arabia is a port city located on the coast of Red Sea. Throughout the year the weather is very hot in this city. The city has a desert climate and the rainfall is minimal or no rainfall happens in the city. In the month of June, there is a bit of a drizzle sometimes. Most of the Saudi Arabian cities are very hot and have a dry desert climate.

In summers this place records the temperature as hot as 56.7 degrees Celsius. This is the driest places in the United States. On an average, the temperature at this place throughout the year is nearly 48 degrees Celsius. This is not a place to go for a road trip to get some sun.

5. Wadi Halfa, Sudan

The city is sweltering hot and is the hottest in the month of June. There is literally no rainfall in the city. On average, the temperature of the city is 47 degrees Celsius. This city has inhabitants and is a tourist destination that is closer to the Nile river for Egyptian and ancient antiquity history. Though the city is very hot, there is accommodation and places to visit when you tour this city.

6. Dasht-E Loot, Iran

The highest temperature in world was recorded as 70 degrees Celsius between the years 2003 and 2009 in the city. This is a desert city and is one of the hottest city in the world. There is no habitation in this city given the extreme heat which makes life impossible to survive.

7. Timbuktu, Mali

This is an African city located inside the Sahara desert. It has a very hot and dry climate that hits an average of 40 to 49 degrees Celsius. This is also a tourist place to visit places for sightseeing and attractions. It makes life livable despite its extreme heat.

This is the world’s hottest industrial city that hits the temperatures between 46 to 54 degrees Celsius. The summers are hottest and there are sand and dust storms that make it the most air-polluted city in the world. There are also scenic parts with parks and bridges in the city.

9. Kuwait City

The city is hottest during summers and hits a temperature of 45 degrees Celsius. The nights a cooler during summers and the temperature falls up to 37 degrees Celsius on an average. It rains only for 19 days in the city and the climate is hot throughout the year.
